Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data Liquid Ape handles. This site does not ask you to create an account, and at the time of writing it does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Orders go through a checkout window run by SellAuth, and support happens on Telegram.
1. What the website collects
- Chat questions. If you use the "Ask us" chat, the question you type is sent to our server to find an answer. It is not saved to disk or linked to you; a copy may stay in memory for up to an hour so repeated questions are answered faster. Please do not type personal or payment details into the chat.
- Technical data. Like most sites, our hosting and servers may log the IP address, browser type and time of each request. We use it to keep the site running and secure.
- Stock requests. Your browser asks our server for stock counts regularly. These requests contain nothing you entered.
2. What the checkout collects
The checkout script is loaded from SellAuth when you open our homepage, so SellAuth receives a standard request (such as your IP address). When you open the checkout, SellAuth handles what you type into it: the email address you give so your order can be sent to you, the items and quantity you buy, and the payment itself. SellAuth processes that data under its own privacy policy.
The checkout may store a small amount of data in your browser, such as a referral code or the campaign you arrived from. We receive the order details for the items you bought from us.
3. What we handle through Telegram
When you message us for support we can see your Telegram name or username and the messages you send. For a problem with an order we also handle the order details you give us, such as an invoice number or a transaction ID.
Telegram processes your messages under its own privacy policy.
4. How we use it
- To process and deliver your order.
- To answer your questions.
- To prevent fraud and resolve disputes about an order.
- To meet legal obligations.
5. Crypto payments
Crypto transactions are recorded on public blockchains. We cannot remove them, and anyone can view them.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your data. Order data goes to SellAuth because it runs our checkout and delivery. Beyond that we share it only when the law requires it or when it is needed to handle a dispute about an order.
7. How long we keep it
We keep chat and order records for as long as we need them for orders, disputes and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your chat history and we will do so where we can.
8. Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or stop contacting us at any time. Message @liquidape on Telegram.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
